Become volunteer
Throughout the year volunteers come to help the center in its daily operations. Without them it would be difficult to run the center, which has only two employees. The tasks entrusted to volunteers are:
- Maintain cages
- Weigh and feed the animals in the infirmary
- Feed the animals in the aviaries
- Maintain facilities
- Assist healers to perform certain treatments
In return for their participation in the tasks of the center, volunteers benefit from the proximity to the healers, who will make them benefit from their knowledge of wildlife. And animal handling is always an intense experience for our volunteers.
To be a volunteer, you must be a member of the association and major. If you would like to try volunteering with us, do not hesitate to contact us.

Make a donation
Without private donations our centre could not exist. Any donation is welcome to allow us to finance our daily activities. Your donations are used as follows:
- to pay the salaries of our 2 employees
- for the purchase of food, medicines and cleaning products
- To replace worn equipments and finance certain projects
Know that apart from our 2 employees, the members of the association are all volunteers and do not benefit from financial compensation for their commitment. Your donations are therefore only used for the functioning of the center.
By making a donation to our association, you participate in a mission of public and territorial interest.
Of course your donations are deductible at 66% of your income tax.

Sponsorship
If you represent a public or private institution, or a company, you can finance our activities thanks to sponsorship.
In exchange for your donations, we will provide you with the CERFA 16216*01 which will allow you to declare your donation for the tax deduction.
You will also benefit from visibility on our website (at the bottom of this page and on our homepage) and we can agree together to provide your employees with a personalized presentation of our actions.
In addition to direct financing, you can also offer your employees the salary rounding scheme for the benefit of our centre.
Civic services and trainees
Throughout the year we welcome interns who come to help us, like volunteers, in our daily tasks. Internship programs are adapted to your educational background and level.
We also take 2 civic services every year between February and September.
The civic services must show a good level of autonomy and a great motivation because they have the responsibility of the nursery during the summer period during which the activity is very intense.
Civic service is an excellent springboard for young people who want to embark on a career of animal care, as they benefit from significant experience in this environment. Civic services also receive financial compensation for their work.

They support us
Since our project to reopen the CSFST, we have obtained many financial support.
The Nouvelle Aquitaine region, the departments of Lot-et-Garonne, Dordogne and Gers, the town of Tonneins and Val-de-garonne offer us funding every year for our activity. This financing must of course be complemented by other sources of income such as private donations for our financing needs.
We were also able to benefit from special funding in 2021 for the rehabilitation of our aviaries with basin, thanks to the additional sponsorship provided by the foundation 30 million friends and the SFEPM.
We are grateful for every donation that has funded our activities.
